Through its recent acquisition of Adstruc - the leading platform for planning and buying traditional OOH media - Vistar is now poised to address the >$20B global market for non-digital OOH advertising. For nearly 15 years, Adstruc's SaaS product has automated the workflow for buying and selling traditional OOH, unlocking immeasurable time savings and powering hundreds of millions of dollars in OOH spend.

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of initiatives for this new addition to the Vistar Media portfolio of products. As Adstruc's Product Manager, you'll work closely with engineering, business-facing teams, and external stakeholders to manage the full product lifecycle process - from idea conception to defining product specs and requirements, go-to-market launch, and deploying future iterations based on market feedback. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence and shape the development of a product that is poised to revolutionize the centuries-old business of traditional OOH advertising. You'll drive the evolution of the Adstruc platform from a workflow tool that supports how OOH is bought and sold today to a platform that propels traditional OOH advertising into a future that is governed by programmatic principles.

What you'll do:
    • Develop a strong understanding of the traditional OOH planning and buying process to inform product development and prioritization decisions.
    • Manage and align the product backlog, prioritize features, write user stories, and work with UI/UX design to create and refine tickets for development.
    • Collaborate with engineering leaders on strategy and the creation and execution of roadmaps to enhance Adstruc's solutions for traditional OOH.
    • Drive the integration of Adstruc's capabilities into Vistar's other product offerings, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
    • Support the launch of new initiatives that impact customer workflows within the traditional OOH space.
    • Measure product usage and gather user feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.
    • Play a key role in expanding the Adstruc product into international markets, ensuring that it meets diverse market needs and opportunities.


What experience we're looking for:
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred (engineering, computer science, etc.).
    • 7+ years of experience in product management with a deep understanding of platform technologies, cloud infrastructure, and engineering processes.
    • Proven ability to define product vision, translate it into actionable roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
    • Steeped in Product Management rigor, with a strong grasp of best practices, effective methodologies and standard frameworks.
    • Familiarity with how traditional OOH is bought and sold (nice to have).
    • Ad-tech experience is preferred.
    • Previous development experience is a plus.
    • UI/UX experience is also a plus.

Pay Information Disclaimer:

At Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The salary range estimate for this position as performed in New York City is $140-160k and as performed in CA is $140-160k, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The salary range for this position as performed outside of New York City and CA may vary. The actual pay will be at Vistar Media's sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
