Requirements: Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Washington American Heart Association BLS At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist Prior experience in an SNF preferred Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
