We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Job Summary: The Director of Corporate FP&A and Reporting Automation will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes through the implementation and management of advanced automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to leverage technology to streamline and optimize these processes.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).Reporting Automation:Identify opportunities for automation within FP&A processes and implement appropriate solutions.Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial systems and ensure data accuracy.Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools to enhance decision-making.Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve FP&A processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in financial automation.Train and support team members on new systems and processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.Proficiency in financial software and tools, including:Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced functions, macros, VBA)Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)OneStream ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.#LI-NH1Salary range:$121,800.00 - $219,200.00Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
