Position Title: Senior Administrative Assistant (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Corporate Office)
Pay Rate: $29.00 - $32.50/hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of flexing extra hours when urgent tasks arise. This role requires a professional who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment and is adept at supporting executive-level staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to C-Suite executives.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and setting up virtual calls (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Coordinate boardroom meetings and other corporate events.
Prepare and produce executive-level documents, presentations and reports.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage data, create presentations, and maintain communications.
Respond to urgent tasks with a high degree of flexibility and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in modern office technology and tools.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or above) and PowerPoint.
Excellent typing and document formatting abilities.
Experience with scheduling and coordinating complex C-Suite calendars.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements:
Candidates will be required to complete skills testing, including:
Typing speed and accuracy
Microsoft Excel (intermediate or above)
PowerPoint proficiency
Producing executive-level documents
Scheduling and calendar management
Setting up virtual calls (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Work Environment:
This position is 100% onsite at our Corporate Office in Phoenix, Arizona. Flexibility to work extra hours when needed is essential.
