Job Title: Home Health Speech Therapist • Days Join our team as a Home Health Speech Therapist in a 13•week contract role, offering a guaranteed 40•hour work week, primarily Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required. Responsibilities: • Deliver speech therapy services to home health patients • Manage an average of 4 patients daily • Handle cases including ortho, medication management, wound care, disease education, and elective surgeries • Primarily serve elderly Medicare recipients Requirements: • BLS Certification • CA SLP License • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hospital Critical Care or Home Health • Proactive, learning•oriented personality • At least 1 year of recent experience within the specialty Our location is in San Mateo, CA. Dress code is flexible with any color of scrubs. You will be using the Oasis and Homecare Homebase EMR systems. Comprehensive training over a 4•week period will be provided.
