Their diverse portfolio includes commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, automotive, and industrial buildings. Known for exceptional client relationships, they boast a high rate of repeat business, with some clients having commissioned over 30 buildings. Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Coordinate with estimating and design-build teams.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Use Procore and MS Suite to manage project documents and communication.

Profile

  • Preferred Background:

    • 3+ years of Assistant Project Manager experience.
    • Strong familiarity with ground-up construction projects.
    • Conceptual estimating and design-build experience are strong advantages.
  • Location Requirements:

    • Must be commutable to Boylston, MA.

Job Offer

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Up to $90,000, based on experience.
