Description

The Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift will report directly into the Product Line Manager and be responsible for:

• Manage, coach, and inspire a team of production associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Promote a culture of safety by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage workflow, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the 2nd shift, ensuring seamless communication between shifts and with management.
• Address production challenges promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.

Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in an industrial setting.Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques is a plus.
