Description
The Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift will report directly into the Product Line Manager and be responsible for:
- Manage, coach, and inspire a team of production associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Promote a culture of safety by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage workflow, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the 2nd shift, ensuring seamless communication between shifts and with management.
- Address production challenges promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.

Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
- 3+ years in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in an industrial setting.Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques is a plus.
