Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through to project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring that projects remain on track.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure quality control.
  • Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Address project-related challenges and resolve issues promptly while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Manage change orders, claims, and scope adjustments effectively.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial construction projects in sectors such as office spaces, retail, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, budgeting, scheduling, and relevant software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in managing teams, subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, or similar tools.
  • Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Tampa, FL area.
