Position Details
Job Title: Structures Technician
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:
Adhere to General Work Requirements for factory, shop, or hangar settings.
Comply with environmental health and safety protocols; participate in 5-S activities to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain customer aircraft.
Remove and install aircraft components as needed.
Fabricate or modify structural components and perform minor composite repairs.
Conduct hidden damage inspections and assist with complex structural repairs on or off the aircraft.
Document all work performed per manuals and regulations.
Operate ground support equipment and assist with mechanical/electrical installations.
Perform other assigned duties as required.
What You Bring to the Team:
0–2 years of experience in structural sheet metal repair or equivalent.
Completion of sheet metal aircraft technician school or similar training.
Ability to interpret and work from mechanical engineering drawings.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to convey aircraft status.
Ownership of a basic set of hand tools and ability to demonstrate tool control.
Willingness to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays.
Ability to work in seasonal/inclement outdoor weather conditions.
Eligibility to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge (if required).
Basic proficiency with PCs and software applications.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $45.00 per hour
