DutiesYou will coordinate release and transfer of C4ISR/EW data and systems with interagency transfers.You will develop briefings materials and conduct briefings and meetings.You will establish program goals and objectives; develop resource estimates; and determines resource allocations for assigned programs consistent with workload and personnel availability.You will develop, review, and approve a variety of correspondence.You will provide C4ISR subject matter expertise on related processes and procedures.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03/GS-12/13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with foreign disclosure and technology transfer policies and procedures.Experience with the Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process, including Pre-Letter of Request (LOR) and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) implementation and development.Experience with Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of the Navy (DON) policies and procedures governing the disclosure of both classified and unclassified information and technology to foreign governments and international organizations.Experience with U.S. Government (USG), DOD, and DON international program structures and philosophies regarding sales of U.S. Munitions List (USML) items.Experience with electronic Intelligence Notation and the development of Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Databases.Experience with Navy Command and Control, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems, and the COMSEC release/transfer process for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.
