Operator 1, Warehouse Operations

Our client, a leader in warehouse operations, is seeking an Operator 1, Warehouse Operations to join their team. As an Operator 1, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to learn which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator 1, Warehouse Operations

Location: Zelienople, PA

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform activities related to the receipt, preparation, and shipment of products.
• Operate equipment and machinery as necessary to support warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipping and inventory.
• Document raw materials and finished goods inventories to ensure quality control.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team environment.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Adequate math skills and the ability to interpret written instructions.
• Motivation to learn and develop skills at an acceptable rate.
• Ability to prepare and maintain documentation related to product receipt, transfer, and shipment.
