As a local contract nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for cardiac stepdown care to join our team. This 13-week contract position offers the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including Community Hospital, Saint Catherine Hospital, and Saint Mary's Hospital. With a shift schedule of 12 hours, nights, you will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. About the Role: Provide direct patient care to cardiac patients on a stepdown unit Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately Maintain a safe and efficient workflow in a dynamic environment Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Indiana 1 year of experience in cardiac stepdown or ICU nursing BLS certification Floated to up to 3 facilities (Community Hospital, Saint Catherine Hospital, and Saint Mary's Hospital) What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience Weekly pay Medical benefits Vision benefits Dental benefits 401k retirement plan Referral bonus About Us: Planet Healthcare is a global leader in clinical staffing, driven by leaders who understand the market demands and trends within your specialty.
