Our client, a leader in the facility management industry, is seeking a Mechanical Technician II to join their team. As a Mechanical Technician II, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational excellence of facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

$30.61/hr What's the Job? Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and evaluate facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control. Conduct quality control checks on vendor services and maintenance work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe workplace. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED equivalent, with two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC. Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC's (or within 90 days of employment). Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Ability to analyze system operations and take corrective action as needed. What's in it for me?
