Position SummaryAssist in accelerating our sales and the adoption of our EV trucks by providing insightful analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting for our business - and be able to communicate the insights effectively with internal leadership and with external customers. Be a leader in improving our worksheets and internal understanding of performance and improving customer-facing materials and reports. Position ResponsibilitiesImplement improvements to take us to the next level versus current reporting and worksheetsCreate and maintain an Executive-level dashboard for Sales KPIs and performance metrics across all regions and verticalsCreate and maintain cross-functional reporting to influence Sales & Marketing decision-makingLeverage available CRM and Sales data to provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teamsEvaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities to determine the most effective approachesAssist with planning and scheduling of production based on customer demandPrepare analytical reviews of truck usage/performance from telematics systems to review with customersJoin customer calls to support the sales team by explaining more complex analytical reportsIdentify knowledge gaps and help us fill themPosition QualificationsAt least 5 years of proven work experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar roleProficient Power BI experience and outstanding Microsoft Excel skillsExperience collecting, organizing, and analyzing large data setsCommunicates, confidently, and effectively with high-profile external customers and internal teamsPays close attention to detailConfidence and poise to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize and multitaskDiligent follow-up skillsExperience with Microsoft Office productsIdeal Candidates Will Also HaveExperience with Salesforce or other CRM programsTHIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
