We are actively seeking experienced Cherry Picker operators and Forklift drivers to join our dynamic team at a leading Plumbing and HVAC warehouse in Aurora, CO. As a Material Handler in our warehouse, you will be responsible for efficiently operating cherry pickers and forklifts to move products throughout the facility, as well as assisting with loading and unloading shipments.

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Associate – Equipment Operator who can safely and efficiently operate heavy, expensive equipment including cherry pickers, reach trucks, and stand-up forklifts to move and organize critical inventory. Shift:

• 2nd 11am-7:30pm
• Full-Time Position

Pay:

• $21.00 per hour (with competitive raises)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy-duty equipment, including cherry picker, reach truck, and stand-up forklift, to move, lift, and organize bulky and expensive inventory
• Use RF and Voice technology to accurately pick, sort, scan, and prepare outbound customer orders
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport heavy pallets and packages, ensuring safe handling of all items
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials with a focus on accuracy and safety
• Perform general warehouse duties to support the efficient flow of goods and optimize warehouse organization
• Regularly maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace in compliance with safety regulations
• Follow Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Consistently demonstrate regular and reliable attendance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience with heavy equipment operation such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, or stand-up forklifts preferred, but not required
• Ability to safely and efficiently handle expensive, heavy equipment and materials in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependability
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in handling materials and equipment
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and quickly master new warehouse systems and processes
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs regularly
• Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to warehouse safety protocols
