Responsible for developing lean manufacturing processes, provide technical support to all functional departments, lead development projects, and offer guidance to team members.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for developing lean manufacturing processes, provide technical support to all functional departments, lead development projects, and offer guidance to team members.
- Develop product configurations and methods utilizing company ERP system (Epicor)
- Interpretation and validation of manufacturing processes and documentation in accordance with required specifications
- Lead design reviews to ensure that parts can be manufactured efficiently and in compliance with customer requirements
- Conceptualize and create fixtures to support manufacturing using 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor)
- Create assembly and test procedures for complex electro-mechanical assemblies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in the precision manufacturing industry
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Recommended certificates, licenses and registrations:
- CAD Certification
- ERP system certification
- Lean certification
- 6 sigma certifications
- GD&T certification
