Biologics Manufacturing Technician

Location: Braintree, MA
Pay: $19-$21.50/hr
Shift: Day Shift

About the Role: We're looking for a Biologics Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll handle various process operations, including formulation, filling, crimping, visual inspection, labeling/packaging, weighing, pH measurement, centrifugal filtration, lyophilization, milling, calcination, and cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately follow detailed written procedures.
• Maintain records both inside and outside of the clean room to meet regulatory standards.
• Cross-train across different manufacturing environments.
• Work in areas requiring knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Perform 5S activities to keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Stay up-to-date with training requirements in our Learning Management System (LMS).

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with leads and supervisors.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Meet all technical and physical demands of the job.
• Familiarity with Quality Systems, including Measurement Instruction Sheets and Compliance Policies.
• Advocate for core values and behaviors.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
