Job Summary:

A consumer services company in Hamilton, NJ is looking to hire a temporary to possible permanent Administrative Assistant. The hours will be Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM with a 1-hour lunch. The qualified candidate should have at least 2 years of corporate administrative experience, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:

  • Breaking down shipment information in Excel

  • Cross referencing and double-checking pricing

  • Putting together shipping instructions for the warehouse in the Netherlands

  • Communicating with customers and vendors to provide updates on orders

  • Helping with bookkeeping, processing orders and payments

  • Responding to emails

  • Updating and putting together reports in MS Excel 

  • Entering invoice information and assisting with accounts payables

  • Communicating with customers and vendors to provide updates on orders

  • Assisting with pricing

  • Helping to process orders and payments

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of corporate administrative assistant experience

  • Must have intermediate MS Excel skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a small office environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work in office every weekday

  • Strong work ethic



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
