TELEWORK
This position offers a work life balance with an opportunity for a hybrid work schedule with a minimum 2-day work in office. This positions requires less than 25% travel.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in engineering, basic science, mathematics, environmental science, computer science or a related field, plus two years of full-time experience in performing engineering, technical, or related assignments.
OR
A master's degree from an accredited college or university in the specified fields plus one year of full-time experience in performing engineering, technical, or related assignments.
Substitute Qualifications:
Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering examination may be substituted for six months of the required experience. One year of full-time experience in performing engineering, technical, or related assignments may be substituted for each year of the required education.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university with a major in a natural or physical science, engineering, environmental studies, or related field.
- Experience with contract preparation and/or contract management.
- Experience with ambient air monitoring.
- Experience working with environmental laws, regulations, and/or policies.
- Draft network-related agreements and contracts by developing project schedules, scopes of works, and contract and budget related documents. Revise and track contract specifications, deliverables, and expenditures to ensure compliance with contractual deliverables and state and federal network objectives.
- Coordinate complex air monitoring activities, meetings, and technical assistance requests of contract operators. Conduct field inspections at contract operator sites to ensure compliance with project procedures and objectives.
- Track contract operator training requirements to ensure compliance with project deliverables.
- Assess and report project progress relative to expected scope of work and report progress to other division staff.
- Assist in the review, evaluation, and maintenance of network quality assurance reports, procedures, business practices, and documentation. Assist with the tracking and audit coordination of agency asset inventory.
