General Manager Requirements:

Experience in Casual to Upscale Dining
Strong knowledge of Liquor, Beer and Wine programs
2–3 years working in Scratch Kitchen concept
Proficiency in Team Training, Development, and Motivation
Skilled in Cost Control and Financial Management
Background in both Corporate and Independent Restaurant Settings
