Aperio Global is seeking a highly experienced and strategic
Enterprise Business Architect
to lead the development and implementation of business architecture frameworks that align with the Metro Washington Airport Authorities goals and IT strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and IT teams to optimize business processes, ensure compliance with governance standards, and support transformative initiatives. With a focus on innovation and operational excellence, you will drive organizational efficiency through the integration of cutting-edge technologies and robust architectural practices. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, technical leadership, and the ability to navigate complex challenges to deliver sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Translate corporate strategy into actionable business architecture plans. Analyze and model business processes for data flow and operational efficiency. Maintain business capability maps, process diagrams, and frameworks. Recommend improvements to business processes and capabilities. Align business architecture with IT strategy and system architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with organizational priorities. Establish governance structures for compliance with standards and regulations. Track project execution against architecture guidelines and performance metrics. Prepare reports and presentations on architecture solutions. Qualifications and Experience
10+ years of IT experience, including enterprise solution implementation and architecture leadership. Expertise in analyzing and optimizing infrastructure and enterprise integration solutions. Knowledge of business architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF. Familiarity with emerging technologies like cloud computing and DevOps. Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical and organizational challenges. Experience with cybersecurity integration into enterprise architectures. Proficiency in IT governance, risk management, and compliance. Skilled in managing change and transitioning to future-state architectures. Ability to advise on build vs. buy decisions and improve workflows. Ability to pass a TSA background check;
US Citizenship required. Anticipated Annualized Salary Range:
$135K-150K
