PCB Designer needed for immediate, long term contract position in the metrowest area of Massachusetts! This is an awesome opportunity for a motivated & naturally inquisitive electrical engineering professional to join a fun group within a great organization!
The right person will be responsible for all phases of creation of the printed circuit design front-to-back process along with a vast knowledge of
Cadence software suite
of tools and MCAD models. This person will be involved with multiple engineering groups performing Production Engineering for a state of the art consumer electronics organization. Enjoy a hybrid schedule allowing you to perform at your best engineering capabilities.
Interested candidates will have an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Mechanical Engineering Technology
or
5 to 10 Years Industry Experience as a PC Board Designer using Cadence Allegro or comparable software.

responsibilities:
Responsible for all phases of creation and management of the printed circuit design front-to-back process
Leading or assisting on projects containing multiple PC Boards
Communicate and cooperate with multiple engineering groups to include Electrical, Mechanical and Manufacturing
Utilize Cadence Allegro tools to design, develop and edit Requirements
Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Mechanical Engineering Technology
5 to 10 Years Industry Experience as a PC Board Designer using Cadence Allegro or comparable software in liu of degree
Ability to work well with a diverse group of dedicated professionals
Motivated and natural engineering curiousity
Understanding of Cadence and EDA License servers
Understanding of industry and IPC standards for PCB Design & Library structure qualifications:
Experience level: Experienced Minimum 5 years of experience Education: Bachelors
