Role: Lead Mulesoft Developer Duration: 6+ months, possible C2H Location: Remote

Details: Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer Lead to design, develop, and lead integration projects using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing APIs, managing integration architectures, and leading development teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role involves hands-on development and mentoring a team to build secure, high-performance integration solutions. Key Responsibilities: •Lead the design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. •Create and manage APIs, microservices, and data integration flows using MuleSoft. •Provide technical leadership to a team of MuleSoft developers and ensure adherence to best practices. •Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to define integration requirements and solutions. •Implement reusable components and patterns to standardize integration flows. •Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integrations to improve performance and scalability. •Implement security best practices in API development, including OAuth, JWT, and encryption. •Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications and ensure automated deployments. •Monitor and manage integration environments, ensuring availability and performance. •Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide the development team. Required Skills and Qualifications: •5+ years of experience with MuleSoft and API-led connectivity. •Proficiency in developing and deploying APIs, microservices, and ESB solutions using MuleSoft. •Strong knowledge of Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and MuleSoft connectors. •Experience integrating with various systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, databases, cloud services). •Hands-on experience with DataWeave for complex data transformations. •Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven. •Strong understanding of API security, including OAuth, JWT, and SSL. •Proven experience in leading development teams and managing integration projects. •Familiarity with DevOps and MuleSoft application monitoring. Preferred Skills: •MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect. •Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. •Familiarity with other integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, TIBCO) is a plus. •Knowledge of integration patterns like request-response, pub-sub, and batch processing. Education: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Location & Travel: •Remote position with potential occasional travel for project requirements
