Manage and mentor a team of chefs, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence in the kitchen. Maintain efficient kitchen operations, including cost control, inventory management, and adherence to food safety standards. What they are looking for:
Proven experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen or renowned fine dining establishment. Proven track record in menu development, high-level culinary techniques, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing kitchen teams in a high-volume environment. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, cost control, and kitchen operations in a high-end culinary setting.
