Opportunity for AdvancementJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Service Manager and field technicians. This role involves assisting with site coordination, engineering tasks, submittal preparation, product purchasing, equipment delivery scheduling, and general IOM documentation generation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborates with the sales team and service group to support project startups. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of all represented products and their applications. Assists in planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks to ensure timely completion. Reviews engineering specifications/drawings to prepare accurate submittal documentation. Prepares submittal packages and custom wiring/installation diagrams for customers. Coordinates equipment releases, ancillary part orders, and systems project invoicing. Provides administrative support for project planning and budgeting efforts. Organizes and manages service technicians’ calendars, providing clear directions and documentation for project startups. Offers direct customer support and technical advice as needed. Ensures quality control throughout the project lifecycle to maintain expected standards. Serves as a liaison between clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet project requirements. Distributes project milestone deliverables to appropriate stakeholders. Occasional travel to project or customer sites may be required.Requirements: 2 + years experience in a Project Coordinator or Administration role
Experience in the HVAC or Building Automation industry
Proficiency in computer applications such as Windows, Excel, Visio, and AutoCAD. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple project deadlines and priorities.
