Europe, Japan, India, and the United States , this position offers a unique opportunity to influence SpatialChats growth trajectory in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. What Youll Do 1.Global Market, Product Operations, and Corporate Development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive global market expansion, product innovation, and strategic partnerships. Support initiatives to unlock growth opportunities across multiple regions. 2.Insights and KPI Development Analyze data from our products and teams to generate actionable insights. Create and track KPIs to measure success and identify improvement areas. 3.Executive Prioritization Assist the CEO in defining and aligning monthly and quarterly priorities. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet objectives globally. 4.Special Initiatives Execution Lead execution of high-priority CEO initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between teams. Facilitate leadership involvement in critical projects, business reviews, and planning sessions. 5.Strategic Advising Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to ensure operational excellence. Partner with teams across geographies to solve complex challenges. 6.Communication Planning Develop and execute communication strategies for customers, partners, and internal initiatives. Ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels. 7.Problem-Solving and Collaboration Identify roadblocks to success and implement effective solutions.
