Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of the design, development and delivery of data and database solutions.

Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of the design, development and delivery of data and database solutions Design, develop and deliver data solutions including architecture design, prototyping of concepts to proof of concept, development of standards, design and development of test plans, and code and module design Design, build, support SQL objects such as packages, tables, procedures, views, and deployment scripts for high-performance transactional reporting and batch applications Create physical and logical database models Create and enforce technology standards for production related systems Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 7 years of related experience Any amount of experience planning and implementing MS SQL server database migrations from older Versions to Latest Version Any amount of experience troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to database integrity, database performance, Query Tuning, and server performance using Perfmon, DMVs, and SQL SENTRY Tools Any amount of experience performing and overseeing day-to-day database activities related to server performance including error logs, backups, restores, integrity checks, job failures, optimizations, refreshing reindexing, performance tuning and troubleshooting Any amount of experience developing, establishing, and maintaining overall database standards, processes related documentation, and workflows necessary for production using SSIS packages, stored procedures, batch jobs, and system reports Must work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, otherwise may work from home.
