McGraw Hill LLC seeks a Sr Technical Business Analyst in Columbus, OH.
Duties:
Performing Fit-Gap Analysis for all the Requirements & estimation of all the customizations in terms of Timelines, Complexities etc. Requirement gathering, system configuration & testing end to end business cycle. Review Oracle Fusion new releases features and working with business & support team to enable those features in production. Conduct reviews and analysis of business and information technology processes and solicits client requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures. Identify customer requirements, write functional designs, review technical designs, develop test scripts, review testing plans, and track and document the development and results of these plans. Evaluate business requirements for enterprise business applications integration and service activation while delivering new or modified software systems enhancements and/or integrated solutions. Participate in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of system requirements. Determine underlying issues to common business problems and use appropriate influencing, negotiation, and change management techniques to implement best practice solutions. Work with the Business Leadership to identify strategic business needs, high-level requirements, potential technology solutions, and business benefits for enterprise application projects. Alert project managers to potential risks and issues of importance. Implement, Enhance and support Oracle EBusiness Suite and cloud (Fusion) products covering O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) tracks. Work with implementation team for Oracle EBusiness Suite upgrade to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Performing detailed data analysis, including ability to create, run, and modify SQL queries. Experience implementing Enterprise Business Systems in large global organizations. Create reports in Oracle Transactional Business intelligence and other BI Tools.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or its equivalent) and 6 years of experience.
Requires 6 years of experience in the following:
Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM), Procurement (PO), Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory Management (INV), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) Oracle e-Business Suite Applications (EBS) Oracle FBDI (File Based Data Integrator) OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Oracle BI (Business Intelligence) Publisher SQL and PL-SQL
