Summary:

Car-Freshner's Legal Department is a small, dynamic team responsible for protecting the trademarks, copyrights, and patents associated with Little Trees air fresheners around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Research infringers in assigned region of the world.
• Recommend resolution strategies and negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate legal efforts with in-market attorneys.
• Communicate complex information, both written and verbal, to employees at all levels of the organization.
• Draft file summaries and review legal briefs.
• Conduct online research.
• Maintain legal files.

Requirements:

• Office experience required.
• This is an entry level position and requires no legal experience.

Salary: $55,000 - $58,000
