Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in the NAVY RECRUITING DISTRICT of NRD MINNEAPOLIS. Responsibilities You will assign work based on priorities and needs of the organization. You will design program briefs to update senior leaders on human resources programs. You will present human resources information to managers and employees. You will explain civilian human resources policies and procedures to customers. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing solutions to military personnel programs issues; 2) Managing personnel actions (e.g., awards, promotions, schools, assignments, retirements and separations) in support of military personnel program management; 3) Utilizing military personnel data systems in support of military personnel programs; and 4) Preparing and presenting correspondence, reports and briefs to provide information used in decision making.
