In this position, you'll collaborate with the Corporate and Business Unit FP&A teams, moving beyond compiling data to deliver compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions. Your role will focus on analyzing financial performance, optimizing promotional initiatives, and influencing new business growth opportunities through impactful business cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate plans, forecasts, financial reports, and executive reviews, including Actuals, Business Plan, Commitment View, and Best View.
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy and analyze financial impacts of promotional activities on cash costs and P&L outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to business clients by evaluating results and trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and offering actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including VCG FP&A, Accounting, FPAS, and VGS, to interpret promotional drivers.
  • Assess strategic financial decisions, creating and presenting recommendations for leadership.
  • Partner with the Customer Profitability team to provide insights on profitability metrics like PCOA and PCOR.
  • Design and implement methods to improve financial processes and operational efficiencies.
  • Communicate findings and strategies effectively across all levels of the business.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or four or more years of relevant experience).
  • Six or more years of professional experience in finance or a related field.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Advanced skills in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, with strong strategic capabilities.
  • In-depth understanding of GAAP, tax reporting, and SEC requirements.
  • Expertise in tools like Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Strategic Finance.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives with minimal supervision.
