Job Description Performance Contracting Group is seeking a dynamic University Recruiter to join our national recruitment team! This role based out of Columbus, OH requires working closely with operations stakeholders to provide exceptional full-cycle recruitment support to our branches and to administer PCG's university recruitment programming. The regionalized hiring territory for this recruiter is the Great Lakes region which includes branches in Columbus, Cincinnatti, Chicago, Indianapolis, Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis and Madison. This position reports in-person to an office worksite location during the work week and travels heavily during university recruitment seasons. This is a salaried, permanent role with full benefits; no commission structure as part of compensation. About YOU: You love to travel! Job responsibilities include: Provide excellent full cycle recruiting within PCG. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with PCG employees, vendors, universities, community organizations and other team members to create a partnership that yields success and credibility. Travel to universities nationwide to run career fair booths, informational sessions and conduct interviews to recruit top entry-level construction management talent. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates. Administer company internship programming and employee referral program. Conduct and oversee recruitment events, including diversity and inclusion-focused event efforts, university recruitment and internal company hiring events. Pre-screen candidates and collaborate with hiring managers on hiring needs. Manage the scheduling and logistics of in-person and virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activities. Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Requirements Basic Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment is required. Ability to travel during academic year (September to November & January to April), up to 60% of the year, is required. Reliable form of transportation and valid driver's license. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline, or comparable experience. Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities while being extremely adap
