Quality Control Technician

B0-Mer is looking for an immediate full-time first shift Quality Control Technician to join our Quality Assurance Team. Responsibilities: Candidate must be dependable and have a strong desire to learn. Must have passion, self-motivation, great attention to detail, ability to multitask and enthusiasm for learning. Must have strong communication skills. Experience with 3D parts, measuring devices such as height gauges, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, verniers and CMM. Perform first article, in-coming, in-process inspection or verification where required. Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions. Communicate with project engineers to ensure a schematics follow the final product. Candidate must be able to read/ interpret blueprint/engineering drawings including specifications and tolerances with a strong understanding of GD&T. Previous quality assurance CMM setup/programming experience is preferred. Polyworks, CAM2 software, FARO ARM/Laser inspection experience highly desirable. Must have basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
