Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of employee satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on effective employee relations and engagement practices.
- Foster open communication channels between employees and management to resolve issues before they escalate.
- Work with the talent acquisition team to assist in the recruiting process. Manage onboarding for new employees at your location.
- Participate in career fairs and work with local entities to ensure Ezee Fiber access to hiring events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and work with talent acquisition team to create job descriptions when needed.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and strategies to attract top talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software.
- Pay- $90,000-$120,000 per year
