Here is some of what you will do:
Foster teamwork and excellence in the workplace
Conduct daily office walkthroughs
Manage work orders promptly, meeting KPIs
Identify and recommend operational improvements
Oversee repairs, maintenance, and work requests
Coordinate with vendors and service providers and assist in vendor procurement
Manage site amenities and act as key contact
Coordinate events, meetings, and facilities
Support reception, mail services, and office supplies
Maintain site documentation and web pages
Develop emergency response plans, ensure contract compliance, and meet KPIs.
Deliver exceptional service quality
Coordinate site operations per policies and procedures

Who are we looking for?
Required
2+ years of experience in hospitality, or a related field, including calendar management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.

Preferred
Experience in facilities coordination/management
Experience managing events
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and specialized services.
Experience with work order systems. Experience with PlanOn is a plus!

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift
Pay $24.03-32.22 hourly
