Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to oversee our financial operations and provide strategic support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will excel at managing key financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency through cost analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Cost Accounting: Lead cost accounting activities such as analyzing production costs, standard cost variances, and inventory valuation to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) in line with GAAP, delivering insights to senior management.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with leadership to create budgets, forecasts, and financial models that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in cost accounting, financial management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
