Liberty Personnel is working with a Top AM Law Firm seeking a Legal Secretary Supervisor to join their team.

Role:
The Legal Secretary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily administrative operations of an office. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, as well as coordinating meetings and events

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks
• Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
• Handling correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Managing the office budget and expenses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required.
• 3+ Years of Supervisory experienced preferred.
• 5+ Years of Legal/Law Firm experience required
