THE ROLE

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, your day starts early, ensuring the housekeeping team is ready to deliver top-notch service. You lead by example, checking in with team members, delegating tasks, and keeping operations on track. You perform room inspections to ensure every guest room meets our brand's high standards for cleanliness. Throughout the day, you manage schedules, monitor inventory, and order supplies as needed. When the team needs help, you jump in to assist with deep cleaning or laundry duties, ensuring smooth operations. As the hands-on leader, you're the backbone of the housekeeping department-fostering efficiency and creating a positive work environment, all while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Please note: The hotel is currently in its pre-opening phase. As part of the pre-opening team, you will play a key role in helping to prepare and launch the hotel, ensuring a smooth and successful opening.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of housekeeping or hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Experience with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining deep cleaning schedules
• Ability to step into any role, including room cleaning and laundry duties, as needed
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate team members
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

THE WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, including working weekends and holidays. You will mainly work the day shift with an amount of flexibility needed based on hotel needs.
