Job Description
- Supervise and coach individuals.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Operating machines such as saws and punch presses.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement chances to enhance productivity.
- Ensure safety protocols.
- Prepare and present production reports to upper management.
Shift and Pay
3rd shift- 6pm to 6am on a rotating schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on and every other weekend).
Pay is based of experience $60-$65k salary.
Qualifications
- Must have production supervising experience.
- Positive attitude and great attendance!
- Must be mechanically inclined.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00
union benefits - medical, dental and vision benefits offered. Must pay union dues. the facility is tobacco free. Benefits start day 1 for full time employees. Annual increases available.
