Volt is looking for a qualified Laboratory QC Analyst for our client located in Carpinteria CA. In this role you will conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished formulations according to standard operating procedures

Laboratory QC Analyst Duties:

Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished formulations according to standard operating procedures. Perform analyses, including biochemical and/or chemical analyses of products, analysis of raw materials, in-process items and finished products to ensure stability according to established operating procedures. Compile data for documentation of test procedures that may include biochemical and chemical assays, stability program testing and formulation studies. Calibrate and maintain lab equipment. Participate in the preparation of investigations, summaries and reports. May develop testing methods. Review data obtained for compliance to specifications and reports abnormalities. Revise and updates standard operating procedures as needed. May perform special projects on analytical and instrument problem-solving.

Laboratory QC Analyst Qualifications:

Possess theoretical or technical knowledge typically acquired through higher education. Previous experience working in a QC lab environment. Experience can be on the job or experience gained through education. Ability to update and maintain detailed documents and data. Knowledge of Immunology or Biology. Experience may be on the job, or from your education. Position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, in a relatable field.

Pay Rate: $22.62 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
