Summary The Coordinator, Medical Content & Training (MCT) will be responsible for supporting processes and systems related to medical trainings, medical inquiry handling, content development, and medical information insight generation. This position is responsible for preparing necessary reports, providing administrative and other support as needed and assisting with/supporting new initiatives/projects and improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of internal operations of MCT.
Responsibilities - Provide MCT system support and access maintenance by managing the day-to-day system user access requirements, evaluation of user requests, assignment of appropriate roles, and training identification, assignment and tracking. - Serve as the global medical inquiry case processor to properly intake, track, and triage medical inquiry requests submitted to MCT from external requestors or via regional escalations. - Optimize global-regional communication efforts and knowledge sharing by scheduling meetings and managing agenda development, meeting minutes, and action log. - Lead the management of shared repositories for function. - Assist in the development and maintenance of MCT work practices and onboarding resources, ensuring proper version control and distribution. - Create reports to support MCT, including, but not limited to, medical inquiry, content workflow, approved deliverables tracker, and material development status reports.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university) - High School Diploma required - Associate's Degree preferred
Experience Qualifications - 1 or More Years overall related experience with Associate's Degree required or - 4 or More Years overall related experience with High School Diploma required - 4 or More Years experience in general administrative support of increasing variety and complexity preferred
Travel Ability to travel up to 10% meeting specific
