About the Role: As an HR Generalist at Renewal by Andersen, you will be central to our HR operations, driving policies and procedures, fostering employee relations, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster strong employee relations by building relationships and addressing sensitive issues with care.
• Manage employee benefits, including health coverage, financial wellness programs, and employee discounts.
• Oversee Leave of Absence Requests with efficiency and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations.
• Utilize HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to streamline HR tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of HR experience, with a solid grasp of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle sensitive issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices, including labor laws and employee benefits.
