About the role

As aBusinessProcess Analyst Senior, you'll act as the voice of the customer to create afeasibleimplementationroadmapfor our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You'll workaspartofateaminascrumsettingand must be aself-motivated,proactive,andout-of-the-boxthinker.

About the team

Our team is excited about their work and creating process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating those changes to

impacted organizations. Our focus is on process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.

What youwillbe doing

  • Workingproductincrementstoourclients,ontime,onbudgetandaccordingtothebestqualitystandards.
  • Workingwithproductmanagement,stakeholders,peersandteamstodefineandprioritizetheproductbacklogforyourclient.
  • Engaginginscrumritualsandceremonies.
  • Drivingimprovementsinsolutiondesign,analysisandtestingactivities.

What you will need

  • Business Analyst Omni Plus subject matter expert.
  • Recent OMNI experience of 5 years or more.
  • Background in Retirement platforms such as Design Solutions.
  • Agile Experience.

Bonusif you have

  • Financial Industry Experience.
  • BA in related area.
  • Familiar with FIS Global products.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
