Leidos is seeking a dynamic OSINT Training and Tradecraft Specialist to play a pivotal role in developing OSINT Training Curriculum as part of our Governance, Training, and Tradecraft Team. This role supports the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Open-Source Integration Center (OSIC). You will have the opportunity to create curriculum and course materials while overseeing OSINT training efforts aimed at enhancing DIA/OSIC's production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). You will be engaged in key tasks such as collecting and reporting, technical TCPED solutions/infrastructure, governance/training/tradecraft, and program management. As a specialist, you will provide crucial OSINT training to the DIE and the OSIC Collection and Reporting Team. This entails collaboration with OSINT experts across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community while closely working with Team Leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an expert in technical internet of things (IOT), internet of everything (IOE), and other relevant datasets.
  • Analyze and identify strengths or gaps in OSINT analytic tradecraft to enhance effective processes.
  • Provide subject matter expert (SME) support on OSINT tools and techniques to boost DIE OSINT collection capabilities.
  • Act as an authority on synthetic media and misinformation in Publicly Available Information (PAI) and Commercially Available Information (CAI).
  • Produce technical reports and standard operating procedures to strengthen the OSINT community's capabilities.
  • Advise and support the Defense Open-Source Council and its subcommittees.
  • Conduct assessments of existing and emerging technologies.
  • Assist with stakeholder training requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Leidos Project Management Office (PMO) by identifying and supporting internal and external dependencies.

Clearance Required:

  • Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in OSINT or 10+ years with a master's degree.
  • Proven experience with managed attribution technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Internet Protocol, Networking, Bluetooth, and WIFI.
  • Leadership experience managing teams that tackle technically challenging work.
  • Strong ability to engage in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with DIA Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIR).
  • Experience analyzing open-source data on real-world issues.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative communication analysis.
  • Background in using methodologies to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Familiarity with data normalization techniques.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with individuals from various disciplines and backgrounds.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a diverse and dispersed team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to multitasking and building positive client relationships.

Pay Range: Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
