2025 Corporate Partnerships Curriculum
Louisville Bats Baseball Team:
The Louisville Bats are the Class Triple-A baseball team, affiliated with the Cincinnati Reds, which competes in the International League. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in Minor League Baseball and the sports industry. This role will provide you with a greater understanding of not only Partnerships & Sponsorships, but a general look at many different aspects, including ticket sales, marketing, radio, media relations and customer service.
Corporate Partnerships Associate Duties:
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist in the management and implementation of activation for all corporate partnership accounts Assist in ensuring coordination and delivery of all contracted assets for partner fulfillment Work hand-in-hand with Partnership sales staff in developing client marketing/sponsorship strategies along with sales implementations Help the development and production of year-round sponsorship proposals, presentations, and contracts for the department Assist in the execution of capturing gameday photos, maintaining an accurate image library for monthly and end-of-year Proof-of-Performance reports/recaps, to ensure partnership contract fulfilments are met Assist with all partner-related setup for games, and be liaison for on-site partner activations Other duties as assigned Skills, Qualifications, Requirements: Recent college graduate or enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program Ability to work flexible hours, including necessary Bats 2025 home games
This role will take place in the spring and summer of 2025
Proficiency in written, oral communication and customer service skills Punctuality & self-motivating Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications Professionalism and fan-friendly attitude always
