HRIS Analyst

The primary objective of this role is understanding business needs as well as the configuration of the HRIS systems to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
• Lead data quality and data audit processes and practices in HRIS
• Perform employee profile set up and configuration
• Provide a full range of systems administration support and end-user training
• Analyze, solve, and prevent errors with data
• On-going design and enhancement of HR tools and templates, with a focus on effective solutions, streamlined integration, and usability
• Collaborate with finance and payroll teams regarding invoice payments and reconciliations
• Build benefit plan types within ADP WFN
• Assist the total rewards team with the payroll and benefits inbox
• Recommend process improvement on managing daily and scheduled reports
• Contribute to the planning and execution of systems related projects
• Maintain system security and data integrity
Qualifications
• 2+ years of HR systems experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Experience with HRIS required
• Strong excel skills with an analytical aptitude required
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
Work Environment: 1 day on-site, 4 days remote
