About the Role
We are hiring a Recruiter to join our team and support talent acquisition efforts across various industries. This remote role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top talent. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, fostering relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contributing to the overall success of the organization's hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set realistic timelines for hiring.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers with candidates and communicate effectively to finalize employment agreements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and progress throughout the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and maintaining transparency throughout the hiring process.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successfully filling roles across various industries.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to foster trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the U.S. job market.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment-related software/tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
