Capstone Search Advisors has over 100+ years working exclusively in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, and Sales/Marketing industry. You will be joining a Sanford Rose Associates network of over 167+ executive search firms worldwide that are experiencing triple-digit growth! We are looking to add a Search Consultant to our Independence, OH office. An ideal candidate would have agency recruiting experience and enjoys prospecting and building client relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates

• Increasing the volume & quality of interaction and conversations with prospective candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process by using a combination of up-and-coming tools and technology, marketing procedures, and outbound communication methods.

• Developing structured, purposeful marketing campaigns on LinkedIn based on the target audience for securing new clients & job orders.

• Data aggregation and organization in ATS followed with outbound communication.

• Managing company and individual newsfeeds on various social media platforms, i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
