Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Global Spread Products team is undertaking multiple complex business-wide initiatives to improve technology management for voice and algorithmic initiatives with a goal to provide strategic etrading, pricing, PL, risk, and relative valuation tools. As a Business Analyst, you will specifically focus on business user engagement, documenting business requirements, translating business user requirements to technical documentation for development team, Post Development QA testing, Post Release PIV, Participate in scrum and project management of deliverables for Credit, CDX and Muni Desks.What will you do?Drive and lead business user engagement for various Spread Product DesksCreate Documentation for business user requirements and translate business use requirements to technical documents for implementationParticipate in Post development QA and Post Release PIV.Participate in Scrum and Project management for deliverables across Spread products deskCreate business workflow diagramCreates and maintains JIRAs - Dashboards, Epics and details in the JIRAWork with tech PM to create the weekly status reports.What do you need to succeed?Must have: 10+ years of Business analyst along with Front Office experienceHands on experience with Excel, SQL, KDB and FIXHands on experience with QA, Post Release PIV and Help documentationEffective verbal and written communications.Nice-to-have:Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly traded corporation.Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers.Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
