As a Senior Business Analyst focusing on SAP SD, you will be crucial in implementing software solutions, system integrations, and optimizing business processes. This role demands a deep understanding of technical and functional business processes for effective system solutions development. Key Responsibilities: Perform fit-gap analysis, draft functional specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical delivery. Lead the design, unit/integration testing, and QA validations for business systems improvements. Facilitate business user meetings, gather process information, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintain system integrity, support production processes, and provide training on new system configurations. Guide and mentor team members towards best solution practices and perform peer reviews. Must-Have Skills: In-depth SAP SD module configuration and integration experience. Proven ability to manage full cycle implementation and support projects autonomously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills in fast-paced environments. Industry Experience Required: Prior experience in healthcare technology, specifically with surgical solutions and systems, would be advantageous.
